Concrete leveling is a process that hydraulically raises a sunken concrete slab back to its original position.  It is a remarkable and cost effective alternative to replacing uneven concrete.  Common applications are driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks, porches, garage floors, and concrete steps.

Advantages:

  • Saves up to 70% over removing and replacing concrete.
  • Eliminates unsafe tripping hazards.
  • Much faster process than replacing concrete slabs with little or no mess.
  • No unattractive discoloration that occurs with concrete slab replacement.
  • Will not disrupt your landscaping.
  • Environmentally friendly.

Process:

Step 1: Small holes are drilled through the sunken concrete slab.

Step 2: A limestone mixture is hydraulically pumped under the concrete and the slab is raised to its original position.

Step 3: The small holes are patched with a durable concrete mixture, and the slab is available for immediate use.
